We met at a New Year’s Eve celebration on December 31st, 2013, and were instantly drawn to one another. A brief introduction soon turned into a few hours of conversation until, before we knew it, we were welcoming in the New Year together in the freezing cold under a pale, white moon at Prospect Park in Brooklyn. The perfect gentleman, Elle was impressed by Joe's calm demeanor and ability to converse with respect to a wide variety of topics.  Joe loved Elle's go-getter mentality, boisterous laugh and optimistic perspective on life.

 

The following months consisted of time spent together at musical events, participating in a 40-mile five borough bike tour and strolls in the park. These few months turned into a few years and with time it became evident that in addition to having much in common such as our being teachers, musicians, sports enthusiasts and more, our goals, values and outlook on life were in alignment.

A little less than four years from our first meeting, our energizer bunny Alex arrived. As we both been blessed by siblings and would like to provide Alex with the same, we are ready to extend our family.

 

Commitment to family is one of our core values and we await with anticipation a new addition with whom we can share our love and lives.
